SUBMISSION FORMAT
Select the number of images above and click “Add to Cart.” Check out at the Pay Pal form. Email photographic images in jpeg format: 72 dpi, no larger than 3000 X 3000 pixels. Name each image file with your name and corresponding number from the entry form image list below, for example: smith_jane_1.jpg.
Enter all of requested information from the entry form image list in the body of the email. Attach your images and

NOTIFICATION OF SELECTED PHOTOGRAPHERS
Participating photographers and photographs will be posted online at www.mwcponline.org on AUGUST 1.
Instructions for the exhibition will be on the website for participating photographers. Photographers must check the website and be responsible for sending their digital file to the gallery email. Photographers that are not chosen will not receive an email notification, please check our website for the names of participating photographers.
INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPATING PHOTOGRAPHERS IN THE EXHIBITION
Exhibition Format:
Photographers must submit a high resolution JPEG file and MWCP will print your exhibition quality image for the HOT NEW PICS SHOW at no cost to you. MWCP will print your exhibition quality image for the MWCP JURIED EXHIBITION at no cost to you. Prints will be exhibited in standard size frames, rented by MWCP at $15 each. Exhibition prints will be a maximum size of 16” X 24” if rectangle, 20” X 20” if square. At the close of the exhibition, photographers have the option to purchase the print, or framed print and we will ship it to you. Remaining prints will be featured in the gallery for sale in flat files for a period of one year. Any work that has not been purchased after one year will be donated to the Midwest Center for Photography Benefit Auction which will be held each year. Photo copyright remains with the photographer at all times.
Associated Fees and Information:
There is a 40% gallery commission for work sold. MWCP reserves the right to reproduce images for promotional and publication purposes if necessary. Any work that differs significantly from the entry, or is sub-standard quality will be disqualified from the exhibit. MWCP cannot be responsible for damage or loss during shipping transit. Entry fee is non-refundable, no exceptions. By submitting work to the call for entries you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in the entry form.
